To utilize Ghost Chat New England: History, Mystery, Legends and Ghosts (C) as a vehicle for:

1) Constitutional Right of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Religion

a) local authors, artists and musicians

c) to promote peace and understanding by promoting, respecting diversity

d) to offer local history and legends in a fun and informative media

e) to promote culture and tourism in the State of Ct.
