Many Thanks to our talented regular production team with their assistance in taping, editing and studio production for GCNE.
Stephen Butler, Senior Production Specialist for GCNE grew up in West Stephentown
Steve Butler is an integral part of GCNE. He has honed in on filming and advanced editing where his skills have developed over the past two years and have lead the show to new heights. He is the lead videographer in most two camera shoots and now does at least 80% of the advanced editing that has given the special signature to Ghost Chat B-Rolls. With a never ending desire and determination to learn and expand his skills, the intelligent, innovative, witty Steve Butler would be a great asset to any professional group in need of filming and editing. Mr. Butler's dedicated skills and positive attitude have helped create an award winning show for which Nancy and Cindy have immense gratitude.
Daniel Corriveau, Production Assistant is a native nutmegger originally from Historical Old Wethersfield, CT. where he spent much of his youth exploring the vast historical treasures of the area including the Webb, Deane and Stevens homes, the Historic Wethersfield Cove and enjoying battlefield reenactments on the community Green. Daniel inherited his father's passion for history resulting in a deep understanding of CT's local history as well as historical accuracy in relation to World Wars and the Civil War having traveled with his family to Gettysburg and other battlefield locations in the US. Daniel worked for 8 years as a certified carpenter; 4 of which were in the Carpenter's Union until the economy turned in the early 1990's. He has served as a Sales Manager and a Senior Sales consultant for Whaling City Ford for 12 years. At Whaling City Ford he not only had the opportunity to work for the late Mr. Sigmund Strochlitz but also had the honor to spend a great deal of quality time with this amazing humanitarian, Holocaust Survivor, and Benefactor to the Holocaust Museum. In a memorial tribute, with personal heartfelt sadness, Ghost Chat did a segment on the humanitarian contributions of Mr.Strochlitz.
Daniel's part in Ghost Chat New England is filming, setting up shots and assisting in all areas of pre and post production in-studio and on-location. Daniel also brainstormed Ghost Chat New England's floating mascot, Ghostie, which is the corny ghost on a fishing line that has made the television show Ghost Chat New England unforgettable to most viewers. Daniel's insight, creativity, sense of humor and support have been appreciated and valued by both Cindy and Nancy. Dan also supports and attends SECTFilm events. (photo to be added)
